Create an event draft, then an administrator purchases the USD $49 Event Pass. Once payment is confirmed, finish the draw setup and start operations.
No. Visitors scan the event QR code and participate immediately in a mobile browser. Team accounts and visitor participation pages are separate.
Two or three days before the event, finalize the event details, form fields, privacy notice, and prize quantities. Rehearse one QR submission and draw on a real phone.
No. A BoothCatch Event Pass is a one-time USD $49 purchase for one event. There is no monthly subscription, automatic renewal, or per-seat fee.
It includes 1,000 leads, a 100-lead safety buffer for on-site spikes, 30 days from the first start of operations, QR, business-card and staff entry, lead management, instant and scheduled draws, team collaboration, and full CSV export.
The Event Pass includes a 100-lead safety buffer. BoothCatch does not currently offer an add-on capacity product or automatic overage billing. New registrations stop at 1,100 leads. Contact us before the event if you expect to exceed 1,000.
You can use visitor QR submission, staff business-card capture, and staff manual entry together in the same event.
Review and merge leads that share an email address or phone number. Before merging, check records that may conflict, such as draw results or deletion state.
No. CSV export streams every lead for the event regardless of the current screen filter. Apply any additional sorting or filters in Excel or a spreadsheet.
Staff can review the extracted name, company, and contact details and correct them before use. BoothCatch does not guess values it could not read.
Original business-card images become eligible for deletion 72 hours after capture. Confirmed contact data follows the lead retention period configured for the event.
The current workflow is designed for one person's card at a time. Overlapping or cropped cards make it difficult to associate names and contact details correctly.
An instant draw shows a result immediately after registration. A scheduled draw uses accumulated eligible entries and is run by the event team at the configured time.
You can decide whether repeat winners are allowed in event settings. Core draw settings are locked after drawing begins to protect consistency.
When reversing a fulfillment record, choose whether to return the prize to inventory or treat it as consumed. If inventory changed in the meantime, refresh and review the latest state.
Invite each person with an individual account to the same workspace. This makes responsibility and change history easier to distinguish than a shared account.
Administrators can manage team invitations and workspace settings. Members focus on permitted event operations and lead work.
You can assign an owner to each lead and record interest level, follow-up state, and next action, reducing duplicate outreach by different staff members.
Choose 30, 90, 180, or 365 days from collection in event settings. The selected period is also shown on the visitor page.
After confirmation, related leads, draw results, stored files, and operating data are queued for deletion. Stop registration before deleting an active event.
No. The CSV is streamed when requested. BoothCatch does not create a separate server-side download object or XLSX file; your team controls the downloaded file.
Check that registration is active and that required privacy text and participation fields are saved. Paused or closed events keep existing data but reject new submissions.
Refresh the page and check the event schedule and required settings. If the issue repeats, email support with the event name and the time it occurred.
Open the QR page on primary and backup devices in advance, prepare staff manual-entry steps, and test the venue network and tethering. BoothCatch does not currently support fully offline submission.
