03 · On-site capture
Combine QR, business-card, and manual entry by situation.
Use QR when visitors can self-enter. When the conversation starts first, use card capture or staff entry.
Place QR codesPut them at the booth entrance and meeting tables, then test through the completion screen.
Review cardsCapture the whole card and verify extracted contact details before registration.
Enter manuallyUse the staff screen for visitors without a card or when a quick note is needed.
Original card images become eligible for deletion 72 hours after capture.
04 · Lead management

07 · Team operations

Close outReview unassigned leads, undelivered prizes, and incomplete follow-up.
08 · Status and deletion
Distinguish pause, resume, close, and delete.
Pause to stop new submissions temporarily; close after all on-site operations have ended.
PauseKeep existing data while checking the network or form.
ResumeReview required settings and schedule, then reopen the same QR.
Delete permanentlyStop registration, export required data, and type the event name to confirm deletion.
Deleted events and related data cannot be restored. Export required CSV data first.
